Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with Pharmacy Weight Loss Coventry, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Coventry is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Coventry and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK law.

We reserve the right to decline any order or consultation where eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false information to obtain prescription medication is a criminal offence under the Medicines Act 1968.
All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Your online consultation will be reviewed by a qualified clinician and/or pharmacist. Submission of a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and approve, query, or decline your order. You will be notified of the outcome by email. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical authorisation. Prescriptions are retained in accordance with legal requirements and are not transferable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice; however, orders confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to the address provided at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe place has been designated. Medications will not be left unattended where temperature or security may be compromised.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensing has commenced. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. The information and consultations provided are for the purpose of facilitating appropriate weight management treatment only. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
You must seek immediate medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction to any medication supplied by us. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of our services and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
